A Creative Healing Studio offering yoga, breathwork and tools for conscious living.
Breathwork
Breathwork is an active and advanced breathing technique that restores your connection to yourself & helps integrate past experiences. It is a simple (but not always easy) two part breath done through the mouth while lying down. On a physiological level, Breathwork oxygenates the hypothalamus gland and releases endorphins and neuropeptides, which can create a feeling of peace and well-being. Often times, people are able to access parts of themselves that have been kept buried their entire lifetimes.
I’ve snorkeled two times in my life. Both times, the moment I put my head in the ocean, I was taken aback by the wonder and mystery that lay beneath the surface. Breathwork is similar, except you’re diving into the ocean of your own incredible, messy, thoroughly human self. And yes, sometimes its a bit scary. But if you ask me, so is staying stuck.
If you feel called to explore this modality, please check out my booking page here. I am available for 1:1 sessions as well as group sessions.

Yoga
Yoga asana, the physical poses, are simply one dimension of this ancient practice from the South Asian continent.
A complete yoga practice bridges the subtle energetic body with the physical body, the subconscious with the conscious, all while regulating the nervous system and deepening ones relationship to self.
My classes are accessible to all bodies, at all levels. You do not need to be “fit” or “flexible” in order to receive the benefits of yoga.
Currently I teach online and locally in Sacramento, CA. Please subscribe to my newsletter to stay informed of how you can join!
...rather than a path leading to mastery, yoga is an invitation to evoke mystery and channel a powerful, subtle, and ultimately unnameable energy that roams inside. -
